Easy and Wholesome Homemade Granola

This Homemade Granola is one of my favorite simple recipes. The warm scent of cinnamon, toasted oats, and pecans drifting through the kitchen creates a little moment of calmness and comfort in my home.

It is crunchy, cozy, and made with lower-sugar ingredients, making it a lovely option for my healthy lifestyle while still feeling like a treat. I sweetened it with Splenda and a touch of no-sugar maple syrup, and raisins which creates the classic ‘cinnamon-raisin flavors’.

I love enjoying a small bowl over Greek yogurt or cottage cheese, sprinkled on warm apples, or simply as a crunchy snack with tea. Also, I enjoy incorporating it into a cherry or apple cobbler bake.

Sometimes the simplest recipes become the most comforting ones.

Happy baking, friends 🤎
