Trail Cam Video
There aren’t many articles written about elderly bears or ‘elderly’ wildlife in general. That’s why I am giving homage to these adorable critters. After viewing so many trail cam videos…I feel a close connection to these older forest dwellers.
The oldest known living bear was a polar bear that lived for 42 years! Black bears (the species that lives here in South Carolina) have reportedly lived as long as 30 years or more. Read more on the ‘9 Oldest Bears of All Time‘. Click here.
I really admire the gentleness and wise expression of this bear on our trail cam. I feel as if I found a wise teacher that has taught me to slow down and enjoy life.
